• Proven track record in designing AI-based interactions and workflows, with strong prototyping skills in tools like Figma or Framer.
• Deep expertise in interaction design and a clear understanding of marketing workflows and user personas in the B2B sector.
• Fluency in user-centered design principles, validation research techniques, and excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, focused on experimentation and iteration, and located in Ireland or the UK.
