• The UX Team Lead will oversee a small team of designers in auditing, organizing, building, and maintaining Figma libraries company-wide.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and user-centric design solutions.

• Keep abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance products and processes proactively.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field

• Minimum of 8 years of UI/UX design experience with a robust portfolio demonstrating expertise in design systems and product design

• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and other relevant software

• Demonstrated track record of creating intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user interfaces for web applications

• Strong grasp of user-centered design principles and best practices

• Expertise in either UX or interaction design with deep knowledge of user-centered design processes

• Ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels and thrive in a remote work environment
