• Take charge of defining the visual and experiential direction for Deel’s event programs across various platforms
• Develop innovative event concepts, themes, and creative visions that redefine B2B brand experiences
• Offer art direction and clear visual guidance to internal creatives, freelancers, agencies, and production partners
• Supervise the creation of creative assets for event spaces including signage, spatial design, motion, video, interactive elements, and swag
• Drive experiential innovation in physical, virtual, and hybrid event formats, exploring cutting-edge technologies like AR/VR and AI interactions
• Collaborate with Field Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, Comms, and other teams to achieve objectives and KPIs
• Present concepts to partners and senior stakeholders, managing the creative process from briefing to execution within deadlines and budget constraints
• Identify trends and elevate the standard for Deel experiences
• Possess 7–10+ years of experience in creative roles, with a focus on events, experiential marketing, and activations (agency or in-house)
• Showcase a standout portfolio demonstrating concept-driven event work, brand activations, and immersive experiences that drive business outcomes
• Demonstrate the ability to lead creative teams and external vendors, while actively contributing hands-on
• Have a deep understanding of spatial design, narrative through experiences, and audience-centric approach
• Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AR/VR, generative AI, and their impact on brand experiences
• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration and experience working with marketing, sales, and production teams
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant design tools
• Possess a bold, boundary-pushing creative mindset along with the discipline to execute ideas with excellence
