• Exciting Career Opportunity
• As a Senior Product Designer, you will work closely with the Head of Learner & Trainer Experience on a full-time remote basis. You will play a vital role in shaping the future of our products by understanding user needs, inspiring engagement, and collaborating with the Innovation team to:
• Lead product design efforts, encompassing customer research, user journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design for web and mobile platforms.
• Identify key business and customer pain points to create intuitive user interfaces that provide exceptional experiences.
• Establish and refine a comprehensive design system, developing innovative components while considering project limitations and technical capabilities.
• Manage design documentation and facilitate the transition to production, ensuring alignment with project objectives and available resources.
• Engage in design reviews, offering and receiving constructive feedback to enhance team performance.
• Mentor colleagues and collaborate with various teams to enhance design practices, processes, and tools.
• Possess 5+ years of product design experience, with at least 3 years in a product-focused organization developing in-house solutions.
• Showcase a robust portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX/UI principles, clean visual design, and user-centric approaches.
• Proficient in Figma and other essential design/prototyping tools (e.g., Jira, Adobe CC).
• Experience in designing for B2B environments, understanding complex workflows and business requirements.
• Skilled in creating and maintaining design systems, including scalable components and UI consistency.
• Strong user research and testing capabilities, with the aptitude to translate insights into design decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly with diverse international stakeholders.
• Ability to balance hands-on design work with team support and mentorship based on daily team needs.
• Proficiency in delivering high-quality visual design, encompassing illustration, iconography, and brand-aligned aesthetics.
