Product Designer - Conversion Optimization

📋 Description

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications for new signup funnels, experiments, and enhancements on PeopleFinders.com.

• Continuously enhance the signup experience, offers, pricing pages, onboarding flows, and key conversion touchpoints to ensure they are intuitive, data-driven, and optimized for engagement and conversion.

• Collaborate with product, marketing, engineers, and stakeholders to develop and test A/B experiments that enhance sign-up rates, trial-to-paid conversion, and subscription upgrades.

• Utilize quantitative and qualitative data (heatmaps, session recordings, user research, and analytics) to identify UX challenges and guide design decisions for optimization.

• Ensure a consistent and user-friendly UI while consistently testing layout, copy, and interaction adjustments.

• Monitor and report on the outcomes of design experiments.

• Stay informed about design trends, user experience best practices, and industry developments to keep the platform competitive and innovative.

• Maintain coherence in the platform's design language, ensuring unified branding, typography, color schemes, and overall aesthetics.

• Contribute to the platform's growth strategy by aligning design decisions with scaling efforts and capturing key market opportunities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 3+ years of product design experience, preferably in CRO or funnel optimization roles, with a portfolio demonstrating your design process, data-driven approach, and ability to optimize for conversion rates.

• Demonstrate experience in designing for ecommerce subscription platforms.

• Showcase work on high-converting UX flows, especially in signup, checkout, or pricing experiences.

• Comfortably work in data-driven, fast-paced environments where iteration and testing are routine.

• Experience in supporting A/B and multivariate testing.

• Proficient in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

• Strong grasp of user-centered design principles and methodologies, including usability testing, user research, wireframing, and prototyping.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers to implement designs and iterate based on technical constraints, user feedback, and data insights.

• Possess empathy for end users and a deep understanding of designing for trust, clarity, and simplicity, particularly in areas involving identity, privacy, or sensitive data.

• Experience with responsive design principles and designing for both desktop and mobile interfaces.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to justify design decisions based on user feedback and performance data.

• Attention to detail and aesthetics, with a solid understanding of visual design principles.

• Experience working in an agile environment is a bonus.
