• We are seeking a skilled Product Designer to lead the customer-centric design of our platform under the guidance of the Product Delivery Director.
• Responsibilities include creating compelling and user-friendly product design experiences on our retail analytics platform.
• Key tasks involve designing, shipping, and iterating on complex features, facilitating discovery sessions, and generating intuitive design prototypes based on feedback.
• The role also includes enabling user research, communicating design ideas effectively, and delivering high-quality designs for user-centric outcomes.
• Additionally, the Product Designer will contribute to building a design system and delivering design assets for bespoke business development proposals.
• Applicants should have a minimum of four to five years of product design experience in large-scale applications, preferably in a customer-centric corporate setting.
• Strong strategic design skills with experience in problem analysis, SaaS, and retail/consumer product design are advantageous.
• Familiarity with modern software development processes, user-centered design principles, and tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe CC Design is essential.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and portfolio demonstrating deep knowledge of the design process are required.
• Core experience in interaction design, wireframing, and working within design systems is also necessary.
