• Engage in continuous generative and evaluative research, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative methods, to shape design requirements.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to comprehend requirements and transform ideas into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that align with product objectives.
• Implement rapid testing and iteration of designs following a user-centric approach.
• Evaluate market trends and user feedback to enhance product offerings and identify opportunities for improvements and innovations proactively.
• Adjust and refine designs based on evolving customer needs and market dynamics.
• Ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience across all products and platforms, prioritizing user engagement and retention.
• Deliver design concepts and strategies to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Maintain high quality standards within teams and assess progress towards desired outcomes and benchmarks (e.g., patterns and principles).
• Take ownership of the entire design process from research to final product creatives.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Product Design (UX/UI) working on a leading product or online service (Experience in Fintech / B2B is advantageous).
• Proficient in user-centered design, conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, and addressing usability and accessibility concerns.
• Strong portfolio showcasing strategic thinking, research, problem-solving, user experience, and visual design capabilities.
• Ability to clearly articulate tradeoffs and the rationale behind design decisions in language understandable to non-designers.
• Capacity to envision long-term goals and substantial changes, while also being able to discuss scoping and sequencing to deliver incremental value.
• Deep focus on the customer—design decisions are informed by insights such as interviews, usability testing, and quantitative data.
• Passion for understanding the "why" of design in addition to the "what".
