• As the Lead Product Designer for Core Experience, you will be responsible for crafting the tools and workflows that form the foundation of Go1 Learn, our comprehensive learning platform catering to administrators, managers, and learners.
• Collaborate with your product team and various squads to execute a seamless platform migration while introducing innovative features that streamline learning management for organizations globally.

• Drive end-to-end design projects from inception to implementation, working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow Designers.
• Engage with a close-knit design cohort of 8 members, participating in weekly meetings and collaborative activities to foster support, creativity, and skill enhancement.
• Demonstrated expertise in scaling up: Over 6 years of experience in rapidly growing companies with a robust design portfolio showcasing user-centric product design, research proficiency, and collaborative workshop capabilities.
• Extensive background in B2B SaaS: In-depth knowledge of intricate enterprise workflows, multi-user permissions, and designing for both standalone and integrated platform experiences.
• Proficient in research and collaboration: Ability to independently manage projects from conception to launch, adept at organizing usability tests, incorporating insights into the design process, and facilitating collaborative workshops.
• Mastery of design tools: Proficient in Figma and Miro, with additional experience in research tools like Maze and behavioral insights tools such as FullStory viewed as advantageous.
• Forward-thinking in AI integration: Utilize AI tools to accelerate both discovery and delivery processes in your design work.
• Effective communicator: Capable of articulating design decisions clearly and engaging stakeholders effectively, thriving in a remote-first, asynchronous work environment.
• Business acumen: Understand the impact of design decisions on business outcomes, adept at making strategic choices that enhance user satisfaction and drive company growth.
